Lucio came to this country over 30 years ago from Italy, where the heart of the home is the kitchen. He started a mobile ice cream business as First Come First Served Catering, then 10 years ago this venture had expanded and also incorporated other areas of catering and Lucio’s First Class Catering Ltd was formed.
